Coaching Session Refunds: Due to the personalized and time-committed nature of one-on-one Emotional Intelligence coaching, we follow a no-refund policy once a session has been delivered.
However, we do offer the following flexibility:
✅ Cancellation & Rescheduling:# Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method.
# If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule once at no extra cost.# Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in cases of emergency (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).# No-shows are considered used sessions and are non-refundable.
✅ Multi-Country Clients: If you're booking from outside India, please ensure time zone alignment while scheduling. Sessions missed due to time confusion will not be refunded.
✅Group Programs or Packages:
Refunds for multi-session programs or group workshops are not available once the program has started. However, if you feel a particular session didn’t meet expectations, we encourage you to reach out so we can make it right.
